I understand how overwhelming and isolating life can feel, and how important it is to speak to someone who not only listens but truly gets it—someone who feels real and genuinely understands your experience. I believe that authentic, human connection has the power to heal. Creating a safe, collaborative space between us is key to fostering the kind of therapeutic relationship that can encourage lasting change and personal growth.
I hold a Masters in Integrative Psychotherapy & Counselling, as well as a Bachelor's in Psychology and Counselling. With three years of experience in practice, I’ve had the privilege of working with clients facing a wide range of challenges. These have included dissociation, anxiety, depression, grief, loss, relationship breakdowns, struggles with sexuality and identity, ADHD, and the loss of a sense of self

Hello, and thanks for stopping by
My name is Rebekah, I am a registered MBACP Relational Psychotherapist who sees a therapist too. I am based in London, Kings cross, and Kentish Town, and offer face to face sessions on Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings.
My Approach
My approach to therapy is relational, holistic, and integrative, meaning our work together will be collaborative and co-created. I’m deeply interested in you—who you are, what you want for yourself, and how you experience the world. Therapy with me will be tailored to your unique needs and the way you process things, moving at a pace that feels right for you. I see you as a whole person, not just the parts of you that feel broken. Together, we will explore how your current feelings and behaviors are shaped by your past experiences and unconscious processes.
I offer a safe, non-judgmental, and shame-free space where you can explore all parts of yourself—especially the wounded and messy ones—and approach them with compassion and understanding.
Fees
Weekly Psychotherapy 50 Mins (In-Person in Kings Cross): £75
I have a limited number of online slots available at a low-cost rate of £55 for students, single parents, and individuals on low-income.
Availability
Regular sessions are 50 minutes each and are held weekly at the same time/day each week. I have availability on Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings for face to face sessions.
Starting Therapy
Initial consultation
Prior to our first session I offer a free 20 minute video consultation, which gives you the opportunity to express why you are seeking therapy and to discuss your therapeutic goals. This consultation also allows me the opportunity to ask questions, to find out about you, your history and background, and for us to both get a sense of each other. This consultation gives us both an opportunity to see if we could work together and does not bind you to starting therapy. Reach out.
First Session
If you would like to proceed with starting sessions we will agree a time and day during the consultation call. Our first session will involve talking through the therapeutic contract, answering any questions you may have, discussing therapeutic goals and discussing payment.
